Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam is a signature creation by Singaporean veteran actor Li Nanxing, launched in 2020 and based on his cherished family recipe inspired by Nyonya cuisine. Rooted in his grandmother’s traditional flavors and his mother’s culinary skills, this spicy shrimp and scallop blend reflects Li’s childhood memories and passion for sharing comfort through food.

It started during the pandemic as a nourishing, spicy treat, the sauce quickly gained popularity after its debut with Bakers & Co. Encouraged by friends and fans, Li invested in R&D to perfect the recipe.

Now, Li Nan Xing presents an improved recipe, packed with a richer, more flavorful taste, and pronounced scallop & shrimp goodness. Enjoy it on its own or elevate your dishes with its bold, authentic taste.
